The Electronics Maintenance Technician II applies basic and some advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents.
Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum two (2) years’ experience maintaining aircraft.
Solid, demonstrated ability to work well with others, especially within small, close workforce, good interpersonal communication skills are highly desired.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, be able to acquire and maintain any and all necessary security clearances and be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work requires familiarity with the interrelationships of circuits and judgment in planning work sequence, selecting tools, testing instruments, and is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices.
Determines what repairs, modifications, and part replacements may be required.
Performs diagnosis and corrective actions, disassembles, inspects, evaluates, and accomplishes necessary repairs.
Works under immediate supervision and achieves technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician.
